Shipping is free on all US orders. We typically hand your order to the carrier within 2-3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after that, so plan on about 10-15 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees. You'll get a tracking email once your order ships.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair or odor, and in original packaging. Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. For change-of-mind returns, please email us first for authorization; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Email hello@charpaw.com within 14 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo or video. If it was our error, we'll refund or replace it, and you don't need to send it back.
